I am having such a hard time working out. My plan is to do yoga in the evening and then go for a run, but it just never happens. I went for a run once, and did a 1 minute walk/2 minute run combo. But every time I started to run I would pee myself! I was so uncomfortable after 10 minutes that I walked home. It was awful! The next few days after that, my ankles felt broken. Now I can barely get myself to do yoga after the kids are in bed. How do I get myself out of this rut?
